i think the car is fugly.. but the engine tranny and conversion to rwd is nice, hes probably not gonna get any buyers cause cmon 22,500 for THAT car i mean its probably fast and all but not worth that much money.. you can buy a cheapo 240sx drop in a sr20det motor and do alot of upgrades for 22,500

Thats crazy... and yes, with the time and money you can acomplish anything... what i beleive ken was trying to say that if you try to fit a V6 Engine in a civic it would be impossible without any customization due to the mounting brakets etc...

Other then that... MAAAAAAAN that is bad ass... anyone have 22G's to get that??? thats awsome...

Hahaha....I wasn't hatin on Ken, I knew exactly what he meant, I just thought that this car was pretty cool. NOT the car I would have done it to (I would MUCH rather have done that in a 2 door Integra than that ugly ass 4 door civic, but still one helluvan accomplishment! If that WAS an Integra, that woulda been one SICK ass ride! (Sorry, I just have it in for civics, and ESPECIALLY 4 door ones, they're still always gonna be a civic to me).

Well as pointed out, with enough money and time, you can do anything. Hell we can make our TL's RWD if we wanted, it would be EASIER than on the Civic.

As for CRAZY Honda/Acura jobs.. the worst was a CRX with an NSX engine mounted in the BACK.

Yeah, that and I just sent him a question as to what tranny he's using in it. They did it right though, tranny in the back for weight distribution..... I gotta say, I would love to drive that car just once to see how it goes!!!

OMFG!!! DAMN. I am stunned. That pic of the motor that ken had up a while ago proved that the c32 was a BEAST, not to mention cornflakes pics of the motor next to a cobra motor.

The reason this amazes me even more is that i used to have a civic that was of an identical bodystyle as the one in the photo.

If I had 22g lying aroung Id buy that damn thing and then give the guy a noble prize for alchemy! HOW did the guy shove a c32 longtudally mounted motor into a CIVIC engine bay, and then made the whole shebang rear wheel drive. Mega props to the guy, its poeple like this that prove anything can be done.

So how u guys feel about an NSX motor in our Tls

hmmm I might jus be blind but where is the driveshaft???? and If I'm not mistake there isnt a way that i can think of off the top of my head right now that the tranny can be set in the back unless it is separated from the bell housing...But even at that..I dunno.....maybe I'm overlooking something really simple.

The bellhousing would be at the front still, with the clutch, then an output shaft from the clutch, to drive shaft and into the tranny at the rear. Similar to a C5 or C6 Corvette. I don't think he's using a Legend tranny or anything, but if he did, he would just have had to make the input shaft and stuff, not all that hard really (if you are into fabricating, not saying I could do it of course!! LOL)

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. That is pretty cool but who the heck would pay $22k for that?
