No, you should be fine. Keep in mind that you generally get what you pay for. The Acura parts come with a warranty.

I'm not sure exactly, but if i recall they supply most of Honda's parts.

The following ebay store has provided me w/ good honda and acura timing belts, water pump, tensioner parts. If not listed ask N V Thai for a quote. He's been able to get what ever I need so far. Right now I've asked for these parts for my 2.5TL timing belt change that's due shortly.

thanks - I had a conversation with the dealer on the pump they had for the car, got a look at it - honda stamped part, mfg by yamada. the part I brought in, made by Paraut/Atsugi looks much the same. they'll put it in, but no warranty, of course.
