Washer Pump

Where is the Windshield Washer pump located? Not the wiper pump. for the 1996 TL2.5

There's no wiper pump.

It's attached to the bottom of the washer tank. Just follow the hoses.

The washer tank is located behind the passenger fender.

Actually behind the rear side of the fender well cover. Remove cover from wheel well on rear and top and pull to one side for access. Motors usually go bad, but check that your nozzles are not plugged.
