i lost one of my viper remotes. if i buy another one, do i have to take it back to where i got the alarm to get the new one programmed or can i do it myself?

which manual do you have there should be a installation manual and a owners manual and somewhere in one of those manuals it should tell you how to program a remote. When I had a viper 550 in my TL Ive program a remote before. You have to do something like put the key in turn in to on press the valet button and press the remote. I forgot how to do it look in the manual if u cant find it I can try to find my old manual to try to help u.

what model alarm do you have? I have a Viper remote here of an old alarm of mine it went to a Viper 550 its a 4 button remote. Id sell it to you if you want.
