TL Spoiler

I noticed there are two lights that are out in my spoiler. Its the original one that came with the car back in 97. Does anyone know if ithe lights are replaceable?

i believe its an led strip and u juss have to replace that ... im almost hundred percent sure that u can replace it, i juss am not sure how
