Timign Belt and service

I'm about to byu a 97 2.5TL with about 100,000 km or 65,000 ml on it. Need to know if timing belt needs to be changed? I know it's expensive, so how often do you change it?
Also what else has to be changed at this milage?

drive belts and maybe your water pump. you dnt have to do it now tho, the guy at my dealer said i should because i live in tx. but i had mine changed at 75k. have heard u can go to 100000 before doin it tho. i paid a lil over 500 for timing belt and drive belts but they said my water pump is still good
