Squeeky shock?

Great. When I hit bumps, turn hard, or brake hard, my front drivers side tire squeeks. Think I blew a shock or maybe I have a bad spring? Any clues guys?

I really doubt it. If I push down on the fender it squeeks. Seems like a shock to me. Now I might as well do both front shocks :banghead:

Only the drivers side front squeeks. The other three are fine.

i have this problem too. for me, the problem came because the mechanic that was reinstalling my suspension forgot to grease the lower bushings. so that mofo squeeks all the time. the only solution that i've come up with is to spray it with wd40 and put some grease on it. but that only remedies it for a couple of days, then it comes back. i've been too lazy to get it fixed cause you need to take off the whole suspension to fix it. the bushing should be this lil rubber round thing connected to the bottom of your spring/shock. check it out. if you're not sure, just wd40 all the rubber bushings.

How do you get access to it? Do you turn the wheel all the way out or do you jack it up? Thanks for the info.

It worked! Thanx bro! How much do you think it'll cost to fix correctly?

no clue, but there's no parts just labor. so it all depends on how much they charge for labor.
