Rubbing in the rear, how to solve?

I have rubbing in the rear because of the rims I put in. Instead of flaring the fender, what else can I do?

Can I try coil spacers? Like clamps that actually stretch the coils? HAe anybody tried this? Or replace the damper and spring as in change suspension with new? I only have 80K on my 3.2.

I bought a fender roller from Harbor Freight. It is the same price as renting it. It will come in 2 weeks, it is back ordered.
