Feeling alot better. Starts up faster, No idle.

Cons. Check engine light ( o2 sensor I believe)

Rad hose leaking. Need to tighten that up.

Had rod knock on last motor. (low oil could of been the cause) I guess it knocked itself quiet then it stop running.

Replaced with same motor series

old motor 211,000mi

newer motor 90,000mi

 

what do you mean by no idle?

Some questions about your idle...
every honda motor i have swapped starts its cold idle around 2100rpm.
when i swapped the G25 if i let it warm up it wouldnt lope or bounce, but if i got right to driving it would act up.
Is it loping/bouncing at all times or only when cold?
Also, since you have a CEL you could have broken a knock sensor, that too has a affect on the idle.
I would diagnose your Check Engine Light first and then move to the idle problem.
Also did you save some parts from the old motor before you tossed it out?

 

New motor doesnt idle. Parts are at the mechanics place. I can get the motor but know where to put it.
