My 97 TL seems to lock the rear seat belts as soon as they are clicked into place, making it very uncomfortable for passengers. Is there something I can do so that they will slide, or is this a Honda thing?

We are going on a long trip with people riding in the rear seat in a couple of weeks, and the wife doesn't want to take the TL because of this. I don't want to take the SUV because of the gas prices.

Any help?
