Rear inside door handle doesn't open, other quest, too

1. My passenger side rear door will not open the door from the inside, is this a common problem like the sloppy outside handles?

I am at 141,000 miles. She runs beautifully.

2. How often do you all service the trans? Meaning dropping the pan + filter. I am at at about 40k since the last. I wanna do it again soon, is this overkill? Same with the differential, should I do that again too?

3.How about plugs? I have 40k on them too. Replace?

4. My struts are original, but feel just fine, how long do they last?

5. Where is the fuel filter? Tank?

I plan to drive this thing until it dies. A real pleasure to drive. Rides better than a lot of newer cars.

1. I think your child lock is turned on.
2. I try to do a drain and fill every 20-30k. I'd say 60k per filter. Differential can be every 30k.
3. Plugs, if iridiums, you can run them for 60k.
4. I'd replace the struts if you begin to feel them softening up. I just replaced my rears at 140k. I definitely felt a difference in the ride. Its much more stable over bumps, especially on freeway ridges. Keep in mind I live in a heavily populated city with terrible road conditions.
5. fuel filter is on the firewall. Trace the fuel line off the fuel rail until it reaches a black circular thing.

Ok, great! Thanks.

-What kind of plugs to recommend? They were done at the dealer last.
-How hard is it to replace the rear struts. I can turn a wrench. Any special tools?

it was easy. I actually did it in the street in front of the house. Spring compressor, 10mm socket, 14mm socket, 17mm socket, ratchet, allen key (I can't recall what size), pliers, hammer
