Really slow Passenger power window

Im having some problems with the passenger side power window. It is sometimes really slow and sometimes stops completely. What might be the problem? also is there a solution that I can attempt?

I found some kind of solution to the slow window. I found that if I roll one window up at a time it goes faster. It might just be me but it works.
