Power Steering Fluid?
Only comment in maintenance schedule (95-98 2.5 TL manual) is to check fluids condition and replace as indicated.
PS fluid can be changed relatively easy, however cleaning the system is more difficult as there is a filter element in the reservoir that will cause new fluid to become quickly same color as old fluid. I would be cautious about introducing varsol (a powerful solvent) into the PS system. Varsol could affect the performance of seals and cause leaks. You can flush the system by removing the return hose from the reservoir, attaching a drain line to return hose, and catching old fluid in a pan. Crank engine and add new PS fluid as old fluid drains to maintain reservoir level. Stop when new fluid appears at return line.
good luck

I don't think it can be removed, but you can disconnect the reservoir and clean filter in place w/ mineral spirits, a much milder solvent. Also dry w/ compressed air and put under a hot lamp for 2-3 hours to evaporate all traces of solvent in the filter.
Note, I don't know that varsol w/ dissolve or damage the seals in PS system, but it's not worth the risk to simply clean the fluid.

Ill just flush out the old with the new. any idea on the capacity of a 3.2s P/S system?
Is there REALLY a big difference with honda fluid instead of generic brands.
In the Jeeps we offroad with we use ATF fluid, but a P/S pump for a jeep is 20 bucks a TL's is quite a bit more.

There are brands of aftermarket PS fluid that claim compatibility w/ Honda's specs, but are not recognized by Honda as replacements. I've used Bardahl brand in my Accords w/o problems. I haven't added any PS fluid to my 2.5TL as yet.
The capacity of 2.5TL PS system is 1.4 US qts. I imagine the 3.2TL is similar.
good luck
