Power and RCA hook ups
That's pretty simple - you should be able to buy all of the parts at RadioShack.
To make the A/C, just buy an inverter and take it apart. Mount the switch and socket on some metal, cut a hole in the plastic mat, and mount with screws.
The RCA cables are just as simple. The hardest part would be connecting and running the wires.
it looks like whoever did this also screwed the platic mat in (it usually pops up).
Open your center console and remove the felt, you'll see what I mean.
