yep, ide jump it, drive it up to autozone or same and have them run a charging system check just to make sure the batt isnt dead forever.

Is this a 3.2 or 2.5? If so I can give you the instruction to unhook the alarm and then you can see if your car starts. I guess that this is the factory alarm? What is the car doing when you turn the switch?

My 96 Acura tl 2.5 was having this same issue. I have been trying to figure it out for the last week and a half. Found an online forum and it said to unhook the security control unit behind the glove box. I removed the glove box and behind there I found the Security Assy Unit. Unhooked the two grey connectors and on one of them theres a GREY wire and a Yellow wire with a green line. I connect those two with a piece of wire and tried starting it. Now it started to roll over. After a jump it started up. I reconnect the security connectors and now it starts up with a jump. Replacing the battery now and hopefully that finished my issue. Try that.

I did this after replacing the starter because of the no crank issue. it was the alarm. by connecting the grey wire and the yellow w/ green stripe and starting it. shutting it off, reconnecting the alarm and then starting it. works great now.

I'm glad it worked! I Just got my car to start finally yesterday 8-5-12 by using this. My car had been sitting there since 7-31. My roommate found this solution online and I said what the heck and tried it. When I found your Help about this issue I had to share what I just did. Now we can both be cruisin in our acuras! Good luck!
