Passenger mirror. WORDS

Does anyone know how to remove the "object may appear..........." on the passenger side mirror?

My old car never had the saying.

I'm try some sugar cubes, they work wonders.

I almost bought the Junction Produce version of the "Objects in mirror...". Then I realised, who in the hell is even going to see that since the mirrors are folded when parked, and the words are so small, I can only make out the logo when I'm driving.

~Cheers~

That warning is on there because your driver side mirror is magnified. Get JDM mirrors, neither side is magnified so there is no warning. And they fold.

I almost had them fixed, literally getting the vertical adjustment screw over the port it's supposed to go to, but I ended up dropping it. Now, I have 3 case screws and the adjusting rod bouncing around inside, haha.

I finally finished my folding mirrors too, they are just adjusted as far over as they can go because I got JDM TL mirrors and parts on my vigor mirrors will not carry over. How do you open the casing on 1st gen TL mirrors anyways?

It was a pain and I never got the entire cover off. I got the 4 screws out, and I released a couple clips, but just to get those clips off I was pulling and pulling, almost to the point of breaking them. I really was tempted to just break the cover off, but I gave up and put them aside. They're with my other Inspire tail just sitting in a box right now until I feel like working on them again, haha.

~Cheers~
