Parking light problem

I have a problem with my car.i cut a wrong wire and now my interior lights(gauge cluster,gear,cruise...,temp...,) wont come on.i tink i might have short circuited the harness that runs through the whole thing.I checked the fuses already and its not that.Does anyone know what i can do?Can i go somewhere besides acura dealer to check this out? acura dealer estimated around 100 just for checking. any help would be great.

Did you re-connect the wire you cut?

Yes i did re-connect the wire. it was the cigarette lighter ring light(where the lighter goes into)i reconnected it and checked all the fuses. do u think replacing most of the fuses that are related to anything that is out like gauge fuse and interior light fuses? i think i might try that then ill see what happens.Could i bring it somewhere to check it out besides dealer?
