oxygen sensor

I cant seem to figure out where the oxygen sensor for bank1 sensor1 in a 96 2.5tl is. Can anyone tell me where it is? and whats the easiest way to replace it..

It's on the exhaust manifold.

Best way to remove it is by removing the battery, also the heat shield and wire harness. You will need an oxygen sensor socket to remove it.
