Oil/Oil Filters What kind do you use?

I haven't really changed my own oil that much since I've had this car. I've taken it to the shop more often then I've changed it myself. I have an oil change coming up and i was wondering what kinda oil and oil filter to use...so what kind of oil and filter do you guys use in your car?

I only use the OEM Oil filters and Valvoline Max Life 5W-30. This combination should let my 3.2TL last for another 85K miles!

I use Redline 5W-20, with a Mobile one oil Filter, M1-105 (oversize). Yes it`s expensive but it`s worth it in the long run.

1. Redline a case with S/H, 91.$
2. Mobile one oil filter W S/H (2) 30.$

But remember I change my oil every 7500 miles!
Good luck!

I found a good article that compares oil filters that can be found at a local parts shop.

http://www.overboost.com/story.asp?id=1143#theend

STP filters are the next best to oem filters out of all the filters compared
