oil leak
I changed my oil 2 months ago and today I checked my oil again and it was below the first dot, and under the car there is oil spots. Has anyone had this problem before? I have no idea where the oil leak is coming from.

Is this a 3.2 or 2.5 TL. The 2.5TL distributor oring seal is prone to leakage w/ age and must be replaced to stop a leak.
If 3.2TL, I would look to the crush gasket under the oil drain plug or perhaps the oil filter housing. I've read of others having problems w/ this fitting but never had any myself.
Valve covers and Vtec solenoid valves are another source of oil leaks.
It helps to clean the engine carefully and then look for early appearance of oil on sides and back of engine. Some add a UV dye to the oil which allows tracing w/ a black light in reduced lighting.
