i gota 96 2.5 tl and i know it eats a lot of oil so i gotta question how much oil should put in and when should change it and when should i add more.

 

you should be putting in 4.5 quarts of 5W30 oil. if you have an oil leak, try putting in a heavier weight oil to reduce the leaking. depending on who you talk to, you should be changing it every 6 months or 3,000 miles (IMO). other people will say anywhere between 3,000 and 7,500 miles...depends on you. if you dont want to put heavier weight oil and rather stick with 5W30, then check your oil once every week, or even more, depending on how long you drive your car per week...the longer, the more often you should check.
