O2 Sensors Price

Has anyone changed their O2 sensors? I went to change mine today and find out how hard it is to get to due to all the things in the way but the price..........about $300 for upstream and $200 for the down stream and this is from the auto store not the dealer. Is there any other options? How do you change the down stream sensor that goes up into the floorpan?

If you've got less than 150K then 02 sensors are covered under warranty. I've had both mine changed for free

Are you serious? I've been tryingto see if there's a recall or something...I'll have to check this out 'cause one of mine is somewhat busted...

Yeah, I've had two of mine done for free. Call Acura and find out but I'm pretty sure it's covered under warranty.

No, I had it done at Flow Acura in Winston-Salem. They treated me pretty poorly there; like somehow I'm less important because my car is used. Also, it took them a week to get the part because since it was a repair they weren't getting paid for they had it mailed through regular mail. So if you can avoid them (Flow).

I've heard good things about Performance though. Fortunately my car never had any problems while I was at school that would've warranted me taking it in. I did have to call them one time and the fellow I spoke to was very helpful. So they're pretty good from what I understand.
