I installed Eibach Pro-Kit springs on my 1997 3.2 TL and the alignment was within factory specs and did not require a camber kit. Drop was about 1" all around. If you are going to lower your car more than that, you will definitely need a camber kit.
One thing to watch out for is your rear tires rubbing on the fender lip if you have 45 mm offset or less. The geometry of the rear suspension is such that when you lower your car, or when you hit a large bump in the road, the rear wheels move up almost vertically, instead of tucking in. This may cause your tire to hit the fender.
