Hello Board, I have a question regarding the maintance light in the 96TL what does it actually mean??
Mine does not blink but it is like red now, I have had oil changed regularly.. This might be a silly question but I need help before I run to the dealer.

Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the maintance light more than just oil problems??? Maybe you are low on some other fluid, not just oil. Check them and then maybe it might be time to see a dealer

 

haha silly guys, the maint. indicator, NOT a light might i add, is just a stupid warning that tells you to get your oil changed etc. the dealer probably forgot to reset it the last time you brought it in. simply stick your key into that little cut out on the gauge face and that'll reset the indicator.

 

oh i know what he's talking bout now. The thing that turns green, then yellow, then red. Yeah just stick the key in the slot, sorry didn't know what you meant.
