Location of Engine Control module and Transmission Control Unit

Where is the ECU and TCM, computer for the engine and transmission, located?
I am having some P1700, P1786 and P1787 OBD code showing up in the history. The check engine light is not staying on permanently but it blinks and goes away. The D4 light sometimes blink when idling or even when I am driving.
The gear is shifting smooth but every time the check engine flashes, the car would shift funny.
I have taken to a shop who specialize in Honda cars told me that it may be a bad TCM. He thinks it electrical and has nothing to do with the actual transmission.

It is a 2.5 TL with 290k on it.

I believe that the TCM is behind the glovebox. It's pretty deep in there, and there are a bunch of modules in that area.

Thanks.
I ordered on off of eBay for $45.00. I hope that fixes my issue.
The Honda-Acura guy could not figure out the problem but thinks it the TCM.
