A rear license plate frame off a UA2, the top is thicker than the ours, never seen it before...

yeah that comes standard with the ua2 & ua3 inspires.... the sabers have the rear license plate garnish like ours.

yeah i got it and it's in VERY GOOD condition!!



you know i didn't notice there was a hole on the right side of the rear license plate garnish! and in the hole there was a black thingy and on it says: Honda Lock Omron. So my guess is some type of receiver/transmitter for the automatic trunk release!? I would connect it but there's nothing to connect it to and plus I don't have the remote! lol

So right now it's at a paint shop getting the hole filled and the whole thing painted. I should have it installed by this weekend! I'll take pics as soon as I have it on!!

btw was an automatic trunk release an option for the 1gen tls?? cuz if they did i don't remember seeing a hole on the 1gen tls rear license plate garnish

I have no idea about the auto trunk release, I don't even have keyless entry

 

where are the two holes for license plate screws?

 

Is it just the top chrome piece that is wider? is that the only difference?
