I am getting leaking water in my passenger side front seat at the feet. I was wondering has anyone had this problem before?> I am not sure if it has to do with my ac or it water leaking in from my hood after I wash the car. If someone knows thye answer to this let me know.

Underneath the dash there is a small tube running from the air conditioning unit through the firewall. A lot of times people will remove this tube when running power wire or some wires through the firewall for lights and stereo and **** like that. Look underneath the passanger side of the dash for a black rubber tube about the size of a black and mild cigar or a crayola marker and make sure it still is going through the firewall. The tube is there to carry moisture from the freon (refrigerant) coils through the firewall and out onto the street. In your case it is bringing the coolant through the tube and onto your floorboard cause its been removed from its origional hole through the firewall.

So all I have to do is put this "tube" back in place? Is it as simple as plugging it back in or is there a something else I should know?
