Just painted my engine cover
Yeah I did it myself. I just wiped it off with a wet rag and some soap, to get off all the dirt and oil...Then I covered the "V6" and the "3200", then I primed it, then I painted it with 3 coats. I used high temp engine paint and primer. Ahoy ahoy.

Yeah i did that a while back to. people thought it was a $$$ custom job but wat i did was use my frend's paint shop :-D I made mine Midnight Blue Peral and Candy Apple Blue with a Light metallic top coat. Gives the engine a kinda "shade shifting affect" good thing he had extra paint
Oh yeah... and be sure that you have some sort of Flexinhibtor in your paint. THey told me it would extend the life and give the paint a little more heat and flex resistance :-D
