hyundai vs. acura
the guy across the street bought a 2002 hyundai XG350 3.5 and sayin that his mod hyundai (just a perfomance muffler and some 17inch enkies)can out run my acura TL 3.2 ....now do you think I should shut him up or just a waste of time
also is hyundai part of honda?if its not GOOD

I think hyundai is Korean and not associated with Honda. anyone else? BTW was '3.5' a typo? is your vee a RL or a TL and you meant 3.2. either way you should dust that gay@ss

No he was saying that the Hyundai was a 3.5. He has a 3.2 TL which he stated.

as much as i hate hyundai's, he might be able to put up a good fight. 3.5 vs 3.2 and i haven't seen his car but our TL's do weight a lot. somewhere around 3k lbs??? not sure what mods do you have on your car anyway?

the XG350 is 3.5L with 194 hp and 3600lbs curb weight 3600 lbs, 5 speeds.
The 2.5 is 3250lbs with 175hp, and 3.2 is 3450lbs with 200 hp, 4 speeds.
The Zex 3.2 TL is (3450 + Nitrous bottle weight)lbs with 275hp

Just tell him to look in edmunds or NADA next year and watch him cry when he finds out that his Getto Hyundai is worth less then my 1996 2.5 TL. Its a Hyundai, dont fret over him. He actually bought a car that is butt. I cant see going into a dealership and seing a ugly arse Hyundai and say "WOW That is hot looking I think I am gonna buy it". The car is just plain butt.

GO PUT YO MAMA`S CAR BACK IN THE GARAGE!!
Me my gal and my brother met him at the theater on grand park way. my gal and my brother came in there own rides.so we got
to it. he said all the way to hwy 59 AIGHT!! I said KEWL .
we started at some red light. my brother was behind the hyundai
my gal was behind me.the guy in the hyundai on the right of me.next thing the light turned green we were side by side a couple of seconds later I looked at my right window again it was my brother! it seem that my brother had passed him up my gal stayed right behind me until we got to hwy 59 we waited for this guy for 5 minutes and he shows up claimin somethings wrong with my car . I told him "maybe lacking horse power".......WE... WHUPPED....HIS......A@#...uh....BUTT!!!! my brother, a slammed toyota tacoma TRD he says ...my gal, a 93 acura integra w/t a H22A engine .... and me 3.2 TL98 stock . now some guy with a daewoo wants to race!!

IF YOU HAVE A HYUNDAI YOU CAN`T ROLL WITH US!!!!
NOW HE WANTS TO ROLL WITH US...I said "Sorry no Fords no Daewoos noooooooooo Hyundais. even my cousin`s reflex can whup you. so I made him mad twice . some of his friends roll acuras, hondas, nissans, toyotas, mongooses and huffyes one of his friends told me NEVER HYUNDAI!!!!
