how to adjust headlight 2.5

hello guys, i was wondering to adjust the headlight and make it point a lil bit down, i just got pull over, because my hid's was to high and hit the police in the face.. new jersey..

yeah it wasn't too hard to figure out huh?

i had the same prob with the law but they let me go, they just said, "thats some damn bright lights"
