Help on POLARG M6 bulb

Help on POLARG M6 bulb
I had order some POLARG M6 bulb for the side marker and parking light, but the physical size of the bulb is a little larger than the hole. Do I need to enlarge the hole a little bit to fit it in. Did anybody try it with sucess????

FYI: I had try the POLARG M6 on my 1st TL, and it will not physically fit the side marker and parking light housing. But I did manage to modify the housing to fit it in, after driving around for 30 min with the light on, the side marker lens on the bumper almost melt. (Bulb too close to the lens and higher wattage create more heat) I end up using the POLARG M4.
