We have managed to get all of the bolts off and the cable/wires but we can get it to fit underneath the alternator bracket enough to slide forward... we have tried all kinds of directions but it wont let loose... We looked at taking off the alternator bracket but the bolts are really on there..

 

Bracket has to come off , try liquid wrench/pb blaster and a longer wrench for more torque
