Hey....I just recently Bought a Pioneer Single din H/U ... so went to Walmart and Brought the Honda/Acura Mutil Vehical Dash kit: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Scosche-Im...ersal/14667127.. Which Does Indicated 96-98 Acura tl As listed on Back of Kit....I Have Searched Among the Audio/Video Threads But didn't find anyone who used this Kit with Success Bcuz it didn't work for me ...The only Information it gives for: 96-98 Acura tl is to use the Pocket/Cd Holder then install H/U Above... which in my case the space provided for Unit is still way to big at least 1/2''inch gap on ethier side..So If anyone has information on how to properly use this kit or Trash it and what to get Lmk...Thks

 

Hmm, years ago while looking for a kit to install mines I've came across that kit as well, but it didn't have out TLs listed on the back so idk. I went ahead and bought a Metra kit from the local audio shop just to use temporarily due to the fact it didn't come with the pocket at the bottom which I wanted. I ordered one off eBay later and works just fine. Just be sure it's the one that has the frame going all around because that's what holds the HU in. Comes to think of it, I think I still have my old Metra kit lying around somewhere.

 

I bought my kit from walmart 2 years ago.. and it looked pretty much like this one, Im not sure if it the same one or not.
It worked for me but I needed to use some tape I didnt use all the pieces came with the kit.

Just seems a lil cheap to go in are cars.. Just gonna get the ebay kit... Ordered today ill Post pics

 

I always used the Metra dashkits. They fit perfectly.
