Headlights Dim Randomly

mines would dim/go out, i replaced the bulbs and solved the prob. In replacing, i saw that the drivers side wiring looked frayed or burnt from the previous owner, along with a clip being broken, I thought that might affect performance too.

Do they dim a bit at a stop? Might be your battery or alternator.
