what's up....well my headlight bulb keeps going out on the passanger side....this is the third time i had it changed....it says for about 4 months and then blows up...and the left side is fine....what could be wrong

 

are they aftermarket or stock?

hmmmmm, is the glass on the bulb turning black? and what manufacturer, you might want to bring up the issue with them

 

well depends on what kind of aftermarket ones you got. there are some cheap crappy ones for 10 bucks but there are also expensive piaas for 60 or so. you're getting what you pay for. the problem can also be the wiring or oil on the glass.

 

I had a set of superwhites ($30/set) that bubbled the glass. It did break, it just melted a little and caused a bubble on the side.

 

i paid $30 for mine.....but it's only the right side ones....the left never goes out...could it be that water or something is going in my headlight...and it dosen't turn black or anything like that....the bulb is still blue.....no black spot or anything like that....and i am not a guniese but when i turn my high beam on ....both headlights go on...but when i turn the regular headlight on then only the left side goes on.....does it have two differnt kind of buld in one or what.....
