Guys... I Need Help!
I went to school this morning. I have early class in the morning (8:00am), so when I left my house, it was still dark. But when I got to school, it's bright already. And yes, I left my light on from 8:00am till 1:00pm. The Campus Police gave me a jump. The battery is fine now. One problem, CD Player.
I bought the car used. I found a CD code in the instruction manual, obviously it's not the code for my car, because when I keyed in that code, the CD player doesn't accept it for 3 times (maximum allowed attempts). I called Acura Dealer, they told me to disconnect the black (negative) cable from my battery for about 5 minutes. Then reconnect. Turn the inition key to ON position. Turn on the radio and re-key in the code that I found withe the instruction manual. They said by disconnecting the negative cable from the battery, it'll reset the code in the player. I haven't tried that yet, because I'm still at work.
Anyone of you guys have any other way to deal with this?
Yes, I did look for the code under the ashtray, the console, the fuse box (hood and interior).
Thanks so much.

dude good to hear from you again man. where have you been? but yeah as for your problem, be glad you didn't have to pay the stupid dealers 100 bucks to get the code. they were a$$holes. they accidentally disconnected the battery and i didn't have my code with me. so they charged me to get to the radio and find the code. i got sooo pissed. oh yeah this was a couple years ago. stupid people.

Thanks you guys for the responds. I haven't tried to reset the code yet. I surely hope that it would work though. Because, I really don't want to have the player removed to get SN and the code by the dealer.
unx979, I've been busy lately with school and work. I still come in to read posts and stuffs but I don't have time to post anything. I saw the pictures that you posted for the Socal Meet. Your car look pretty nice with the Inspire Tailights. It needs some rims though. But, I think you already know that... right?

tha dealership is usually cool about giving me tha code. i either call them or go up there and i give them tha serial number of tha radio and they hook me up. its a pain in tha ass to get tha serial number though. i got lucky and looked undaneath tha radio and panels with a flashlight and barely made out what tha serial number was without having to take apart tha console.
