If you have a 2.5 then you can get the Azect grill from www.value-caraudio.com or you can make a mesh one.

If you have a 3.2 all you can do is a custom mesh grill.

parts:

1) gutter guard. they sell this stuff at home depot, just ask any dude and they'll tell you where you can get it. probably around 6 bucks.
2) have something to cut the gutter guard with. i used a dremel, which is like a little saw, it's nice cause it made precise cuts. if you're really ghetto you can probably use wire cutters, but then it might not look as good or clean. you'll find out later.

that's all you need for parts. let me warn you that it takes a couple trys to get it looking nice. reason being that our grille is curved.

ok here we go

1) unscrew EVERYTHING. including the "A" which ironically is held together by like 10 screws.
2) ok now bring over the gutter guard and cut off the length of the grille.
3) you will see two plastic centering things for the "A", i for got the exact details. but i used that as a guide. you might have to widen a link or two of the gutter guard so that the plastic tabs can fit in. now screw the "A" back into the grille. At this point you should have the chrome rim off. the chrome rim is what's going to hold your mesh in.
4) now's the fun part of carefully cutting the edges of the gutter guard to the shape and size of the grille opening. be patient cause if you cut off too much, you'll have to start over. just push the gutter guard near the edge and eyeball where the chrome piece goes and leave a little more.
5) assuming you got that part all done. don't forget to cut out places where the chrome tabs go. i was stupid and forgot about that and broke off a couple tabs.
6) next you screw the chrome piece back in, hopefully securing the gutter guard.
7) stand back and see whether the gutter guard seems to be level and not slanted to one side or another. if you're happy with your work, then put the grille back on the car.

whew, this little project should take you a whole afternoon. good luck
