It was around $200 in parts for the starter and various engine gaskets.

Basicaly the intake manifold had to be taken out along with fuel injectors and every fuel like leading there had to be disconnected. Also the coolant had to be flushed. 4 hours worth of work with me watching.

$460 total cost.

I suppose this was an aftermarket starter?

 

I'm not sure but I doubt the starters are even made by Honda anyway. It's all aftermarket I think. Regardless, it starts 100x better than my original did.
