depth? I don't know but if you buy those rings then you shouldn't worry about it not fitting.

It's called a baffle, it works as a spacer too. Never took off the panels on the tl when I had it, I always feared having rattles afterwards I'm sure someone can tell you what speakers fit.

I'm sure if you have the "spacer" or baffle you could put any speaker you want I put new alpine speakers in mine the baffle came in the box the speakers fit like a glove no rattle when I was done

thanks for the replies.

i'm planning to put the focal component 165V2, the mounting depth is 71mm = 2.8 inches. I hope it fits. The infinity perfect 6.1 is 2.6" / 2.7" and it fits our car.

thanks for the link..I've been searching everywhere for it. I had to go to Orchard Supply and bought 1/2" rubber and used a knife to cut out the 6x9" washer for my back speakers. Not to mention it costs $15 and the labor. Wish I had your link sooner. I might need one for the front speakers as well and this time I'll know where to get it.

Yeah I already bought those speakers that I stated above. If you wanna see what it looks like click here "Front" , and "Back". So freaking expensive. It costs me $630 for 2 pair of speakers!!
