Foglight Problem

Hey guys, apparently the yellow cover in one of my foglights fell off on the passenger side. Two questions...how do I remove the yellow cover because it's still in the foglight and I've decided to replace the bulbs for a new color like blue so would H7 bulbs be the type of bulb I need?

No H7s! H3s will work with some modification to the connector, and there's a whole thread about this conversion. DO A SEARCH.

look on fleabay. they have H3c bulbs with a blue tint to it. even though it's a royal pain in the ass to do the H3 mod, i'd recommend it because if your H3c bulb ever goes out, you wont find a replacement anywhere except online or from the dealer.

Thanks...yeah I looked up the h3 converter thing and got on it right away. However, I lost a screw and used a different one to replace it and when I was all done, the foglights wouldn't turn on. I think I'm just gonna go ahead with the H7s because the h3 converter was a pain just for one side.

Need some info on these lights

Hey, I just got some H3 bulbs for 3.2 but I think they fucked up my foglights or I didn't make the converter right...anyhow, I think I'm just going to go the simpler, more expensive way with H7 bulbs. Now, someone told me it was possible and that he had them on his car but he needed an adapter to do so...Does anyone know if using H7s are possible on a 3.2 and if so what is the name of the adapter I need and where can I find it?

Foglight H7s?

I posted a thread yesterday but no one replied so I'm just re-posting this thread because I'm wondering if H7s will work on my car and if they do, some member informed me that I'd need an adapter..if this is true, where can I get one of these adapters and what are they called?

Too many new threads and posts going on about H7s. Didn't I tell you to do a search for the huge thread on the H3 conversion? Or just saving yourself the headache and buying H3Cs? They aren't too hard to find, and prices start at $15 a pair on eBay for cheap HK ones up to $80 for some Raybrigs. I bought two pairs of the HK ones before I got fed up with changing them once a week and picked up OEM Koito ones at $15 a pop. No need for "hyper-white" BS since we have the yellow condoms anyway. I almost took the condoms out and put hyper-yellow PIAAs in there but I figured that I'd save a few bucks and not spend $75 on a pair.
