Exhaust for my TL

I had a full exhaust for my Accord with 2 1/4" piping all the way through. It was very loud etc. Now when I bought my TL, I didn't want to get an exhaust, because I did not want a loud car, and I wanted to keep it classy. I know of a few companies, but can you guys give me some ideas for some quiet exhaust systems. Or do any of you have something like this? I know Greddy is quiet, but they don't make one for our car. Reason I am wanting to do this is, my car sounds like shit from about 0-35 mph, I mean literally. So any help, would be great, thanks guys.

Yo man. If you want exhaust, I would just change the muffler. Don't bother with the rest of it. I have an RS*R muffler bolt on on my 3.2. Muffler was actually made for an Accord, but fits perfect. Only thing I don't really like it the tip, but I'll change that later. Sounds AMAZING... Totally quiet unless you hit it, just s little bit throatier than stock at idle/partial throttle, little more loud at WOT, but still no-where NEAR my full exhaust w/ WAYYY open muffler on the Integra. Really sounds nice, have had a tonne of compliments on it. They don't make one for our cars, but they have universal ones. Also check out Remus, they have a very similar sound to the RS*R and they have universal add-ons as well. Exhaust is one of the most important things you can change on your car, gives a defining characterstic with the sound it makes, don't want a TL coming off to ricey, but a throaty growl is always nice on a sport sedan. Spend the money and get a good muffler. You won't regret it.

Agreeing with Cornflake, I think that Remus would be a good bet. I know that 962.5TL had Remus and he loved it. If I were to put anything on my car it would be Remus, just a little short on the dough right now. lol.

I was GOING to go Remus, but then my friend had this RS*R almost new at his shop cause the Accord guy thought it was too quiet, so considering I got a $450 muffler for $150 installed, I wasn't about to pass it up. RS*R is right on par with Remus, similar sound and high quality. I have been VERY happy with it.

MAGNAFLOW. It may be a little louder than remus. It does not sound ricey, but throughty. You are looking @ about $175-$200 installed with tax for magnaflow installed with a bigger pipe from the cat back. I havnt regretted getting the magnaflow @ all.

ya I had paid $225 jus for my muffler on my Accord, I then had all the piping put in, so ya it ran like $375 total. I'm still browsing mufflers.

I dont remember what I was quoted, but it was going to be expensive to go cat-back for a TL since there is no cat back aftermarket setup. I really with the TL had a better aftermarket, but then our cars would be a dime a dozen like civics...so In a way i'm glad, but it just makes it harder. oh well

i got the trust(greddy) for the 96-97 accord v6 4dr. The model is SP (street performance).
alittle modification to extend the rear flange back pipe was the only change. the cat-back to rear flange pipe wasn't even used. the factory pipe is was too short since the cat is so long. for that reason, i installed a racing cat with a new 2.5 inch straight through piping..and the reason why i keep saying "trust" is that the exhaust system that i have has the trust logo on it instead of the greddy logo. my opinion is.... dont go and spend 500-700 on a full cat-back exhaust system. greddy does't offer an universal muffler..I recommend that you get just a muffler and do the piping over.. waste of money if you go through the same route i took..
