Unhappy Emblem

Hello to all

My 3.2TL emblem fell off. How do I remove old glue and what is the best glue to used. Its always hot here.

3M makes a special adhesive remover, which you can get at Wal-Mart. Or you can get any adhesive remover but try to go to the car dept. to find these.

as far as new glue, i have no clue. when you buy a new emblem, it comes with the sticky part attatched to the back of it. If I were you, id just leave it off lol

you can alway just wax it off.. thats what i did... 3M also make thin double-sided emblem tape.. its not glue that they use, just tape..

by the way..it came off in my hands when cleaning it ...so i dont need to buy new one...but you think it looks better without it...i dont know..what do you guys think

keep it off but be sure to take off the rubber adhesive it left behind. I kept mine on but meaning to buy adhesive remover to take it off...im too lazy. hell i haven't washed my car in like maybe 4-6 months...and my cars black lol

HAHAHA that.s funny...i left the adhesive on so i will remember where it goes
or is it that im lazy too.

at least 19 months here since i washed mine. haha.

The clear started to peel where the dirt ate through it on the roof even.

But its because the rear quarter is fucd up and i planned to repaint it anyhow when it gets nice.....in a few years. haha
