If you can come by next week some time. We can build you a Axel Back exhaust system, but we will need the car for the whole day if not 2 days.
But im sure I can get everything done in 1 day. We open at 9:00 M-F / Saturday’s : By appointment only.
I cant give you a quote on the exhaust but im thinking it maybe about $300-350 for a stainless steel axel back exhaust.
Thank You,

Subject: CAI for Acura 2.5 TL 5 cylinder
Hello,
My name is ***Spooky*** and I called your customer service representative and asked if you currently had any available cold air intakes for the type of car I currently drive a 1st Generation 1998 Acura 2.5 TL 5 Cylinder 20 Valve. The person told me that you did not have any that would fit my car, that you only had CAI for the V6 3.2 TL.
This e-mail is in regards of getting a cold air intake from your company "Weapon-R" that would fit this type of car. I am a member of the forum at Acura-TL.com and know you have spoken or e-mailed with one of the other members there. He was going to send you some pictures of the engine compartment so that your techs can kind of figure out what and how the intake would fit. Well, Im only in Monterey County, California and willing to go and take a drive with my 2.5 TL for a fitment of the part if it is necessary. I also know that the intake would be around $225.00.
Also, there are no exhaust systems for our cars. Actually there aren't any aftermarket parts for the 1st Generation 2.5 TL's. So, the question is if you guys also specialize in exhausts, because if you are, that would be another upgrade that would be an outstanding addition to the 1st Generation TL. Like I said before, I am more then willing to take a drive over to you guys in San Fransisco so your Technicians can get perfect measurements.
Well, hope to hear from you soon on this request and hope we can do business with you.
Well thats the e-mail that i sent to Mr. Leo of weapon-R... so what do you guys think of the exhaust??? He didn't say much on the intake buy i guess i can ask him when/if i go to San Fransisco... now the question is... Should i take the drive???... i'll try to put a Poll to see what everyone thinks... oh and i put 5 days on the pole... if i go... i plan on going either Tuesday of next week... or Wednesday... so hurry up and let me know what i should do damn it!!!

personally I would be glad to see you follow through with it. I have become unable to, and if you can get a CAI and an exhaust out of it that would be very cool

I know he's "a" moderator, not "the" moderator. Im just saying hes only one moderator, no reason for anything to have to "go through him" first unless its inapropriate content. Anything else he doesnt have any control over.

but for some reason... some weird weird reason... i went to the weapon R site and they have 1996-1998 TL dragon intakes... hmmm... i'm confused... they told me that they didn't have any for the 2.5... but then if you go down further you can see some other intakes for the 3.2's... hmmm... so what is TCCS??? Also they have one for "w/o TCCS" ??? i'm confused...
