Drive safely everyone...

I just found out that last night, my friend was killed in a car accident on Highway 80 here in California. A big-rig tore the driver side of his CR-X and he was thrown onto the freeway. He died at the scene. The big-rig was reportedly going 35MPH and the driver "slammed on his brakes but couldn't avoid hitting the CR-X." Bullshit. Anyone with half a brain could see that he was clearly going faster than 35...

R.I.P. Sean... We didn't talk much recently, but you were still my friend.

~Cheers~

I am extremely sorry to hear that ART.

I think that it is great that you could use such a tragic event to warn others of the importance of safety out there on the road.

Thanks for the support guys, it really helps. We visited his parents last night and presented them with photos and a DVD we just made in his honour. It was so emotional watching his mother sit in front of the TV, crying when the first few videos of her son appeared on the screen... I saw a few photos of the scene, and in one of them, you can see his shoe... Thanks again guys.

~Cheers~

We're not sure what's going to happen yet, as the Air Force is planning the ceremony. I'll be there for sure, though.
