If i take my car in for the emissions warranty check and if they need the car all day, will i be given a loaner?

i have a 96 2.5 TL which is no longer under warranty

i just want a clue from anyone elses experiences...

Depends on the dealership. They are under no obligation to give you one. In the past I've gotten RL's as a loaner. All I did was ask in advance.

 

There's a few Acura dealerships around here. Some are better than others.

One dealership in particular (which incidentally is the closest one to my house) gave me a loaner Ford Focus.

My friend who frequents another dealership gets the 04 TL.

But the point is that they all seem to have a complimentary loaner program. Not having one wouldn't seem very luxury marque I guess.

i called my dealer and set up an appointment for monday morning, but all their loaners will be out for another week so i will be carless for a day.

 

I usually get an RSX whenever my car is in, or an EL...but you guys don't have that car in the US, it's the Acura version of a civic for those who don't know... I even get one for an oil change if theres one available...Helps that my old roomate is a service adviser there...haha!!
