Correct Me If Im Wrong..
We with the 3.2 tl share the same rotors as a integ type r and legend. heres my idea. If we have the same rotor as a itr, why the heck couldnt i take an aem big brake upgrade kit for a integ type r and bolt her onto the ua3??
Im in the process of figuring this out.. if possible we could all have a 300 dollar 13 inch brake kit .
this kit uses the stock caliper with an adapter bracket and a 13 inch 2 peice rotor.
give me time fellaz.

$300 big brake upgrade kit for both front and rear ?
As I read somewhere and if my memory is correct, the brake system should be designed for that specific car because too much brake force either at the front or rear wouldn't help the brake distance. In another word, they have to tune both the front and rear brake force until they have the shortest brake distance. In the case of upgrade kit using stock calipers, they have to pick the size of front or rear rotor so both of them would give the best shot for that specific car that has its own weight, caliper force, weight distribution. Or we could have a device that control the front-to-rear brake bias.
It would be great if we could buy the kit, test it and return it if it doesn't work right
. Or if it is $300, we could share the loss for testing it among us.

nah
type r uses the same caliper and setup as the legend and heavier car. They opt for a heavier caliper made to stop a heavier car on a light small car with 2/3 the weight. The only differance in brake systems are the purportioning valve and the caliper is shifted to a differant angle on the knuckle to allow more leverage and stopping power. the mod works and its done and 140 mph-0 tested daily on my car.
