Coolant found in ECU Connector--97 TL 2.5

What does it mean if I found some antifreeze in one of the ECU connectors? Car will not start. Radio and lights turn on, and when you try to start it completely, the only thing to happen is the fuel pump kicks in. Have replaced the starter, checked fuses, replaced the ECU. Any thoughts?
