for that you'd have to get a membership and do a search, cuz people on here have done it before. another easier option that might cost a little more dough would be to get the Inspire tails for our car, they have a clear lens where stock is amber. see a pic of them in 'accessories'

well to take the yellow out of the stocks you are going to have to
1. Take the tail light off ( 8mm i think ) 5 of them
2. take the bulbs out of the sockets and make sure that you set them where they wont be harned and label L and R for the corresponding tail light.
3 eighter use a heat gun hair dryer or put them in the oven( still dont trust that one), ne way i would use a heat gun and then just LIGHTLY heat around the outside of the taillight
4 ther is a phillips head screw on the back of the tail near the corner ( i think that is the only one but there might be more)
5 MOST IMPORTANT AND MOST CAUTIOUS STEP , gently pull the red away fron the black housing ( you may have to use light heat as you go along ) make sure not to heat or pull too much as you might break it .
6 once that cover is off ther is the yellow piece , i didnt do it but i would suggest that you take a flat head screw driver and pop it out( without bendingthe plastic.
7 you can either leave it so you cna see the bulb or you cna place somethng in there that will make it hard to see the bulb( when not lit, you still want something transparent)
8 place that cover back on and put silicone back in the edges and clamp the tail up and let it sit for atleast 4 hours so the tail can dry and so you wont get condensation.

done after they ahve sat there for a while you can put them back on

If your talkin about the orange part, just paint them red like I did, so the whole back is red, cept the reverse part. All red looks sweet.

I would think it would be too tough to get the paint to match the factory red

it's easy, three or four coats of candy apple red and you're set.
