Head gasket?
Try checking the inside of your oil cap; is it milky?

Good point..

Where else would the coolant be going?

coolant can get inside the oil system or the coolant- depends on which seal area of the head gasket has blown

Or the engine block drain seal or radiator drain seal are leaking

Look inside the radiator- engine cold- anything foamy or milky or oil slick is bad!
and on the oil dipstick- is it magically above full by a quart?
and brown or foamy?

How is the radiator cap? seal looks good and pressure test good?
Do a pressure test of the entire cooling system and see if a hose has a leak or a radiator seam leak or whats happening

When you flushed the coolant- did you open the heater- heater on full hot when you filled the system? if not, a block of air gets released and causes big problems
Do a burping procedure per the book and see if that helps

The radiator cap is little messy i mean the rubber is ripping a part and i did the pressure test i lost only 2-4 psi in 10 min and my mec said its normal.

I didnt not turn on the heater when i flushed the coolent.

How ?

How long has it been losing coolant?

the 1st time i saw it was missing about a week after i flushed. at that time i drove about 500 km and i had to put in about 1 L ++ coolent in the radiator.

before i got my engine swap my 2.5 was doing that.. no white smoke that i could notice, rough shaky startups, temp. guage all over the place. it ended up being my head gasket.. the pressure built up and melted a hole in my radiator.. get that looked at..

It is most likely a blown headgasket. I had the same problem, it is not cheap to fix.

no not at all, i paid $3600 for engine, water pump, radiator and timing belt, with some misc parts that got melted. if i could go back in time i would try to atleast replace the gasket yourself and fix the problem, and if it blows then whatever atleast you tried.

it will get worse if its your gasket.. no question... the one thing you wanto avoid is heading up your engine alot and everything related to it..transmission! i melted alot of stuff bc i waited to the point where i had to have it towed.. trust me the $$ will add up if something like that happens.. it will be one thing after the other, do it now or soon.. take your time and get the manual if you dont already have it.. if timing belt and water pum havent been changed do that or find someone who will.

if your burning white smoke you know for sure.. if thats the case do it to prevent permenant damage to engine.. if you head that engine up it will cook everything possibly cracking your engine and other expensive components.

one last thought.. fill you radiator as you usually would.. drive around do your thing w/e, but when you come home and park the car put some cardboard under your car.. i didnt see if you said the temp guage would read H.. but either way try this 1st see if its just a simple leak that could also cause these symptoms and explain to white smoke.

Just a thought.....
I had similar problem, engine was about to go. I bought a JDM engine with 55k for $800. Found a guy on craig's list who charged me $450.00 to put it in.
I bought all the belts and seals, etc.

It's runs great now.

It's just the same identical 2.5 engine which comes for Japan. They gurrantee the mileage for between 35k to 55k.

Car runs really really good.
If you want, I can give the company's ph#. They are in NJ/NY.

The car never went to the H, it only went 3/4 th way there is no leak and it never smokes :S just missing coolent. when it goes to the 3/4 of the way my both fan comes on for abt 5-10 sec then the guage is back to normal.
