BUMPEr LIGHts
I've done this on my car, the only exception is that i have fast blinkers. Almost strobing rather, because the fail-safe does not detect any resistance on the blinker line, so if basically thinks that there isn'a bulb there so it strobes really quick as a bulb-out warning.
I haven't had time to do it correctly by adding a resistor, so i decided to keep the look. Not bad really.
I've found this site with an accord who did the same thing, except he used about 10 relays haha...but he did manage to get rid of the fast blinkers.
Just a discretion, if you want I can show you how I wired it. Pretty simple if you use a couple relays on each side. Also, I had to cut the complete connection off of the factory car wiring. So If you don't want to take that risk, I really don't think there is any other way.
Let me know, I will post a diagram to how I wired my relays.

that would be great if you could post a diagram. thanks. what else did you do to your car beside rims and a system ... engine most importantly.. if you can lemmie see a pic of your car.. and engine...thanks a lot.
i think i can save you a lot of trouble. just go out and buy a 7443 bulb. it's a dual filament. which means that it'll stay on when you turn your parking lights on and then blink when you hit the blinker. no need to rewire anything.

Yes, like 96TL said - it won't work if you just replace the 7440 bulbs with the 7443 bulbs.
First, I thought if I could buy the connector of our rear-brakelight since the bulbs are 7443 (double filaments) - One stay one and one lid when the brake pedal is pressed.
I found out yesterday, that the connector won't fit the signal light housing. The signal light also has three wires instead of two. One uses for signal, one uses for hazard.
So, i'm stuck right there. Anyone else has any other suggestion?
I'm thinking about apply another bulb in the signal housing. Drill a hole, and add another bulb, then connect that bulb to parking.

well, thanks for clearing that issue up with me. i would like to get my lights to stay on all the time but i'm not about to dump mad flow to get my car rewired. it's just not worth it. if anyone comes up with a simple, cheap way to do it please let me know.
